Your tasks & responsibilities

• Lead the front-end development of Genius Yield from specs to tested production code
• Spearhead the development of web interfaces and client-side code
• Building Cardano DApps such as a DEX and Yield Optimizer application
• Optimize web applications for scalability and performance
• Work in a small, fast-paced team to rapidly develop and iterate on frontend features
• Work with a high amount of ownership and autonomy
• Establish standard practices and methodologies for frontend engineering in the team
• Rapidly implement functional UI elements from design mocks
• Write well-tested, well-documented, performant, clean, and re-usable code

Your profile

• University degree with 3+ years of proven experience as a frontend dev. or a relevant role in a crypto/tech startup/scaleup environment.
• 2+ years of experience using React, Typescript, CSS in JS
• Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and a self-starter.
• Experience leading projects from start to finish
• Understanding and passion for DeFi and the Cardano ecosystem
• Knowledge of modern build pipelines and tools (CI/CD)
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Good level of English
• Bonus: Previous experience with web3 company
• Bonus: Experience with Haskell/Plutus
