I've been in tech for over 15 years, working first as a web programmer, then applications and backend, then infrastructure and systems and now DevOps and specifically cloud infrastructure as my focus.
I've started a company and built a product from the ground up, including CI/CD, trying to automate everything, get clients, stay afloat -- it was fun.
I also have experience with Machine Learning and NLP, got NSF grants to pursue legal text analysis at my company (where I was the main programmer and later the CTO).
I love Cardano! I started investing last summer. I've spun up a node and I'm considering doing a stakepool.
I'm working up to taking the CKAD certification for Kubernetes, already signed up, might have waited but I really like this job. :)
Otherwise, I live on a little 10 acre farm with lots of animals and 2 kids and my wife, and it's super nice -- I'll share baby goat photos, if you're into that sort of stuff.
Lastly, my greatest skill is I can learn pretty much anything, fast, and retain the knowledge. It's helpful in life and work.
