I'm Mattias and I've been working in the decentralized ecosystem for ~5 years. My focus is primarily community focused and giving updated (technical and otherwise). I have an indepth knowledge or layer 2 and how blockchain works. I first got involved in blockchain in 2013 but started taking my involvement more seriously in 2016/ 2017. This is included in my linked CV. Currently I'm working at Golem however I'm interested in new ideas.

Updating of community growth metrics of which increased over 10x since the migration of the community.
Owner of the Golem Community Incentives Program or “GLM Rewards Program” (with rewards of over 400,000 GNT / GLM or $250,000 equivalent) running over a period of 24 months.
Managing the main contact email of the project (contact@golem.network) since June 2020.
GNT GLM migration → o Direct communications with major exchanges such as Bittrex, Binance, Coinbase, Bithumb, OKEx, Bitfinex, Huobi, Upbit, Exodus, etc. o Supporter and partial responsibility for correct migration of stakeholders for 100s of millions of GNT, tracked here. o Liasing with agregattors relevant to GNT GLM migration such as CoinMarketCap, → CoinGecko and Etherscan.
Server management, running bots to support the community with relevant information and collaborating with internal team members to help create a new kind of CAPTCHA protect the community from malicious attacks.
Creation of memes (examples on request). Creation of the Golem Network Digest updating development progress.
Owner of repositories such as Awesome Golem and Hackathons. Collaborating with Gitcoin for bounties and hackathons.
Referring questions on social media platforms to official content and FAQ’s.
Compiling, summarizing and publishing Raiden Network development progress.
Testing and running the technology the project is creating with the goal of being able to answer questions more accurately.
Watching conferences/talks related to the project (both Layer 1 and Layer 2 in the Ethereum space) to be able to give the best answers possible to the community about various topics that may arise in discussion.
Sentiment analysis, tracking of community engagement and interests. Monitoring web traffic metrics and SEO. Collection of resources to create a one-stop-shop to assist with developer on-boarding (Awesome Raiden primary contributor).
Collboration efforts with other projects to help keep the community more informed (e.g. Blockfolio).
Assisting media, such as Messari (and individual authors/enthusiasts), to ensure they have accurate information about the Raiden Network project.
Running a Raiden Network full node to allow easier Raiden Light Client + Raiden dApp testing: ENS mat7ias.eth linked on the Raiden Light Client Try Out the Raiden Demo dApp, in Step 3.
