At both the Blockchain Philanthropy Foundation (previous experience) and the Open Web Sandbox I had the role to outsource, engage with, and onboard new partners. At the Open Web Sandbox, we worked directly with the NEAR Foundation and many other NEAR projects to help grow the NEAR ecosystem. As a result, we helped +40 projects on NEAR like Aurora and MetaPool grow into what we know them as today. Our role was to onboard and support NEAR projects and talent into the NEAR community.
Work Experience
Q1 2022: Business Analyst. Working in collaboration with the NEAR Foundation. My role involved development of our platform (internal and external product) and business analysis for internal operation flows. Key outcome: development of all operation flows and logics.
Q2-3 2022: Leader of OWS, team of 5, overseeing all operations. My role involved implementation and oversight of new strategy, as advised by the NEAR Foundation. Key outcome: effective lead and growth of reputable NEAR Protocol guild.
Developed onboarding instructions booklet for the Education Department of the organisation.
Consulted NGO partners (UNICEF, Red Cross) on how to use and manage cryptocurrencies for their operations.
Active understanding of blockchain technology and an ability to communicate relevant content to partners through content creation.
